Project Management

To ensure every project is delivered on time and on budget, we assign a Project Manager to each project. The Project manager develops a detailed Project Plan for each course we develop.

The Project Plan lists all the steps in the project and assigns a timeframe and development resource (instructional designer, editor, etc.) to each step.
